Casting Call-01

CASTING CALL: QuakeCon 2019

Attention all QuakeCon fans! We are looking for a few good people to help with some filming and photos at QuakeCon 2019.

What we\’re looking for:

  1. One or more people to dress in an orange suit and horse mask to walk around and interact with people for photos and video
    • What you need to bring – A button-up, collared, white shirt (short sleeves or long sleeves) Thats\’s it!
    • Size – The orange suit we have will fit someone who fits a mens large/xl. Maaaaaaybe 2xl.
  2. One person who knows the dance in the video below. If you are a good dancer but don\’t know this specific dance, that might be OK. We might just film ad lib dancing instead. We\’re filming a music video during QuakeCon and will have a green screen set up to record this if someone knows it and is willing to perform it.
    • What you need to bring – A button-up, collared, white shirt (short sleeves or long sleeves) and some sick dance moves. Thats\’s it! 
    • Size – The orange suit we have will fit someone who fits a mens large/xl. Maaaaaaybe 2xl.

Build-Your-Own LAN Gaming Shelf

You asked for it and now you\’re getting it! Well… you didn\’t really ask for it but you\’re getting it anyway.

These instructions are for a 30” wide LAN gaming shelf to fit half of a 5’ table and larger.

Dreamhack uses 5’ tables and quakecon uses 6’ tables.

If you want to make one for a 6’ table, just change 30 to 36 in all the wood cuts. But don’t do that. Just make the 30” version so it works for both table sizes.
